Experience

Martens is a past-President of the Kansas Association of Realtors, and past-President of the Kansas Chapter of CCIM. A former planning commissioner for the Wichita-Sedgwick County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, Martens has an extensive background with land use planning and development. A multiple Master Circle Award winner from the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, Martens was the Walter Morris Broker of the Year in 1997. He previously served as the Founding Chairman of the Steering Council for the Greater Wichita Economic Development Coalition and currently serves as the 2006 Campaign Chairman for the United Way of the Plains.
