Appraisal experience has included a broad range of commercial real estate property types, including multi-family and residential income properties; office buildings, including general office and medical office properties; industrial buildings, including office/warehouse, flex, and storage; retail buildings, including single-tenant retail, strip retail centers, neighborhood retail, discount stores, liquor stores, and mixed-use downtown buildings; restaurants, including QSR and full-service dining; special-purpose properties, including churches, veterinary clinics and recreation/fitness facilities; vacant commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use land; and proposed construction or renovation involving multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Geographic experience has primarily focused on Wichita, Sedgwick County, and surrounding south-central Kansas markets, with additional assignments completed throughout Kansas and nearby regional markets.
