Experience

Josh Anderson received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kansas State University.  After graduating, Josh joined Martens Appraisal as an appraisal assistant and began the company’s appraiser trainee program.  He recently completed the appraiser trainee program and started as a staff appraiser.  He is currently in the process of obtaining his state certification to become a certified general appraiser.  Josh has experience in a variety of commercial properties including hotels, general and medical office, single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties, restaurants, and vacant commercial land, in addition to others.
