About Andrew
Andrew joined Martens Appraisal in 2024 and has over 20 years of
appraisal experience. Andrew is a graduate of Emporia State
University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication and Wichita
State University, with a Master of Arts in History. He was an adjunct
history instructor at Butler Community College for over 10 years.

multi- and single-tenant office buildings, medical and veterinary
facilities; retail, including neighborhood and community shopping
centers, and single-tenant retail properties; industrial office
warehouse and manufacturing including aircraft hangers; hospitality
lodging; vacant industrial, office, and retail land; agricultural land;
and special purpose properties, including day care centers
